  2. I saw you on Rachael Ray this morning 11/6/07 and you gave a recipe for an bedtime drink consisting of EVOO, lemon & cayenne pepper, but I didn’t get the quantity of each. Also, you talked about using Tumeric daily for joint pain. Do you take capsules, mix it in water? or what?

    I looked on Rachael Ray’s site for today and couldn’t find either item. Would really appreciate your sharing this again.

    I watched you on rachel ray .I would like to know where there might be a body wrap place near me.I am in the nyc area.I can’t seem to find any info on rachel’s website.you are a stunning woman!!!The liver detox drink how do those ingredients detox a liver??

    DETOX DRINK:
    2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
    A DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
    JUICE OF HALF A LEMON
    ADD TO A CUP OF WARM WATER BEFORE BED
