Everybody knows that Ciara is tall and has extremely toned legs but the way she is rocking this black skirt is way passed gym membership.
Look at the facial expression of the guy in the picture. He wants to hit that SO BAD! Clearly he is looking at her booty with some pretty wild thoughts. Man this image is priceless and worth all the PR she will get.

there is nothing feminine about her legs….if you cover her upper body her legs look like dude legs. i am all for toned body but damn not a good look
