Alicia Keys was a pretty little girl. Rumor has it that she looks like she may have had some cosmetic surgery on her nose. I think she is too young in this photo to make any judgement. We all change as we get older, naturally. Her nose does look fuller as a young girl than it does now. What do you think?
Definutly worked on, nothing drastic. If you in the public eye you want to make sure you look as good as you can dont blame her if i were in the public eye i would get plastic surgery done too. Shoot even if i wasnt and i had the money i would get some done everyone likes to feel pretty.

Not only does it looks like she’s had plastic surgery on her nose from the pictures above, but it looks like she’s had multiple surgeries on her nose when you compare a series of pictures taken at different times in her music career. As an aside, I think it’s sad that black artists seomtimes alter certain facial features in such a way that makes them look more white. Be Black and proud, even if you’re not really Black and proud. Because it matters for the Black people who watch and admire you. There’s no doubt about that.
it’s not a nose job! when I was young I used to have a big an large nose but today I’m 24 and I can tell you that I do not have the same nose than before!Now I got a sweet little and longer nose so it used to be larger as before!

Ha Ha this is so funny all this time i though she just looked like that. She is so fake and pathetic. I mean if ya going to get on tv and sing and claim ya black; you should be proud of who you are. Everybody wants to be like michael. You know the first time she said she was black i was mad because she don’t look it. But now i know she was black once. lol

Definitely not true at all. Try looking at Beyonce’s young photos, she also had an ugly nose…but doesn’t had surgery at all! I am a big fan of alicia keys………so please stop submitting those bad comments….also try looking at your young pictures and compare your own nose to this previouse day.

Not true, I am biracial, mother has a thinner nose, father has a wider nose. Almost all babies are born with more of a “button nose”. As I grew older my nose thinned out, came out of my face more so to speak and I ended up with the same nose as my mother’s. I have not had ANY form of cosmetic surgery at all. I now have a son who was born with the same button nose and he is now 9 and I’m starting to see the change. We change as we grow people! Now if you were to compare lets say a pic from when she was post puberty lol, maybe 17-18 and her nose looked different, then i would say yes…but definitely a no on my end.
No i don’t think she’s had anything done. I had a button nose until i was around 11/12 years old, now its pointer & more defined. When we are younger our nose (like everything else) hasn’t grown to its full size. Alicia’s Key’s has such a down to earth character its hard to believe she would be shallow enough to make her nose thinner.
So if i became famous one day, & a picture of me was whipped out from when i was younger, with a cute button nose, i hope i wouldnt get occussed of having surgery done.

First of all getting a nose job doesnt mean your not black. Thats like saying getting a perm means your tryna act white. Having a big nose doesnt make u black, and have funky ass crazy ass nappy ass hair doesnt mean yur accepting yur true background of a african american it just means yu have unfortunate genes that for some reason people associate it with being a proud african american. She can have a perfect nose and still be black.. you can have good hair and still be black.
