    I saw you on Rachael Ray this morning 11/6/07 and you gave a recipe for an bedtime drink consisting of EVOO, lemon & cayenne pepper, but I didn’t get the quantity of each. Also, you talked about using Tumeric daily for joint pain. Do you take capsules, mix it in water? or what?

    I looked on Rachael Ray’s site for today and couldn’t find either item. Would really appreciate your sharing this again.

    DETOX DRINK:
    2 TABLESPOONS OF OLIVE OIL
    A DASH OF CAYENNE PEPPER
    JUICE OF HALF A LEMON
    ADD TO A CUP OF WARM WATER BEFORE BED

    well i think that both dresses are f-in sexy for her especially since she can rock anything that she wears even if she came out nakesd she would still look hot. and i wore a dress like the one that someone keeps calling a swimsuit for my prom and all the guys were like WOW!!! so yeah i got that sexy dress custom made by… j/k by my mom we worked real hard on it
