Britney is under the Hot Mess Celebrities category today. Ok she is always under the hot mess section, but she need some help in the fashion department. She looks so sloppy in these pics. Why doesn’t she wear a bra with that purple dress. I know paparazzi is always in her face, but knowing this you would think she would try to look presentable. Do for me Brit. She is destroying her image.
