Yes, Nicole has confirmed that she is pregnant with Joel Madden’s baby in an interview with Diane Sawyer that will appear on Good Morning America this Thursday and also on 20/20 on Friday.

Finally she lets out the more than obvious secrete and says that she is about 4 months pregnant. And since she is with child she will be serving her term in jail at the same facility that Paris was in, Lynwood.
